Women in Top-Down Proteomics (WiTDP)
Women in Top-Down Proteomics (WiTDP) is a new CTDP-affiliated committee dedicated to fostering networking, mentorship, professional development, and community among women scientists in top-down proteomics.
Our mission is to create an inclusive and supportive environment that connects researchers across academia, industry, government and around the world, while advancing scientific collaboration, visibility, and opportunities within the growing TDP community. Through mentorship, outreach, virtual and in-person networking events, mentoring workshops, research-focused initiatives, and engagement with industrial and community partners, WiTDP aims to support the next generation of scientists and strengthen diversity, collaboration, and engagement across the field.
