Dr. Kyowon Jeong presents The FLASH* Suite for the Analysis of Top-Down Proteomics Data

The complex structure of Top-Down mass spectrometry (TD-MS) signals requires dedicated analysis tools and algorithms. In this talk, I will give an overview of the FLASH* Suite of TD-MS analysis tools that allows for more efficient acquisition, deconvolution , and quantification
of TD-MS data. I will also present ongoing work, including deep learning-based deconvolution quality measurements, and the pitfalls in proteoform-level false discovery rate (FDR) estimation.
